Guy is a Director and Partner at Glenville Walker, heading the Property & Construction department. With 19 years of experience as a Real Estate Lawyer, Guy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm.

As Head of the Property and Construction team, Guy advises and represents clients on all property matters. He specialises in the sale and purchase of commercial property, development land transactions (including option agreements and conditional contracts), commercial lease negotiation and management, secured lending, corporate support, and high-value residential property transactions. Guy plays a pivotal role within his department, sharing his expertise, mentoring and training the next generation, and nurturing new and existing client relationships.

Guy qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and has successfully acted for numerous banks on multi-million-pound finance deals. One of his proudest achievements was acting for a multinational wind turbine company relocating to the North-East of England. He has also provided property advice to several large local and national businesses and financial institutions. Guy prides himself on delivering pragmatic advice in a cost-efficient manner.

Outside of work, Guy enjoys attending non-league football and winding down by watching snooker.
