Denise Walker is the Founder and Managing Partner of Glenville Walker, leading the corporate department with over 32 years of experience in corporate law.

Denise is renowned for her expertise in business law, corporate finance, business enhancement, and restructuring. Qualifying as a solicitor in 1991, Denise transitioned from a prior career in haematology. She spent 27 years at a prominent Northwest regional law firm, where she quickly rose to Partner and Head of the Corporate Department. During her tenure, she led a team of 30, developed the firm’s Corporate Finance offering, and successfully managed the department through four mergers.

In January 2017, Denise founded Glenville Walker as a specialist business law firm. Her vision was to provide clients with approachable, commercially minded, and practical legal advice that was specifically tailored to their business. This approach ensures a more personal and dedicated service, fostering stronger long-term relationships with legal advisors and delivers quality solutions to help businesses across the UK to grow more effectively.
