Anna brings over 15 years of experience advising clients on a range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, misrepresentation, fraud, and professional negligence. She has particular experience in acting for clients in insolvency proceedings, corporate recovery matters, and restrictive covenant disputes. She completed her law conversion course in 2004 and achieved her LPC in 2005 at the College of Law in Chester.
Clients and other solicitors across the region highly regard Anna for her excellent execution of work. She often receives referrals from local and national solicitor firms in circumstances where conflicts arise due to her extensive experience and well-known profile in the area. Like Glenville Walker, Anna provides straightforward and cost-effective advice. Her approach and ethos of being pragmatic and a solutions-driven team member perfectly align with our firm.
Recently, Anna has been involved in a variety of complex disputes, including a partnership dispute concerning an application pursuant to section 303 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Anna’s expertise includes issuing and defending applications made under the Insolvency Act 1986, including breach of duty, transactions at an undervalue, preferences, and wrongful and fraudulent trading in terms of corporate insolvency.
You’ll often find Anna networking and mingling with professional friends a proud Liverpool FC supporter and is keen to travel to sunnier climates during her downtime away from the office.
