Glenville Walker are delighted to announce the arrival of Anna Salisbury as Partner in the Commercial Litigation and Insolvency department. Anna brings a wealth of knowledge and experience enabling the firm to expand its commercial litigation services resulting in a broadening of legal expertise to the benefit of its loyal clients. Anna is highly regarded across the region for her responsive execution of work and expertise. She is a well-connected advisor both locally and nationally, with referrals often arising from other trusted solicitor firms in circumstances where conflicts occur. To match Glenville Walker’s ethos, Anna too provides straightforward and cost-effective advice and we are thrilled to have her join our client centric and solutions driven team.

Anna joins the firm with over 15 years of experience advising clients on a range of commercial disputes deriving from breach of contract, misrepresentation, fraud, and professional negligence. Prior to joining Glenville Walker, Anna worked at other blue-chip firms for over 13 years. She has particular experience in acting for clients in insolvency proceedings, corporate recovery matters and restrictive covenant disputes.

Anna’s proudest moment to date during her career was her success in acting for 2 partners in a contested and complex Partnership Dispute concerning an application pursuant to section 303 of Insolvency Act 1986.
