We are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to work alongside a personable and friendly supervising partner.

Glenville Walker and Partners Limited is a specialist boutique law firm in Liverpool formed over 3 years ago by two high level partners from a large full-service commercial law firm.We have grown rapidly as a firm and are now four partners with supporting teams all with strong skills in Intellectual Property/Commercial Law and Commercial Property/Development.

The roleWe are looking to recruit a full time Commercial Property Solicitor to work alongside a personable and friendly supervising partner. Candidates are expected to be 2 + years PQE and full of passion for property law. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience.

Candidates can expect a mixed caseload of Commercial Property matters working for a varied caseload of clients. The role will be a hands-on role and candidates are expected to be technically strong. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PQE coming from a Regional or Legal 500 rated firm, but if you are a candidate that has less experience but good exposure to files then please apply to be considered.

Working in the commercial, real estate, public and private sector, the new role brings both interesting and varied matters. With your existing acquisition and leasing experience, some of your days will see you working on large commercial developments, significant projects, sale and acquisitions as well as leasing and general advising.

As part of the Commercial Property team you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of very high-quality matters relating to property transactions and landlord & tenant matters as well as other related work. On offer is a competitive package, a great caseload with lots of client contact and a real focus on providing a quality service.
