BIOGRAPHY
WHAT THEY SAY

"Choosing Glenville Walker to represent us was the best decision we have ever made. I and other minority shareholders were placed in a position where we needed urgent advice and representation on a company share sale. Our group were made up of people with differing knowledge and experience in terms of the reality of a share sale. Denise Walker, Jo Sproson and Stephen Mungo were our team supporting and guiding us through the process. At all times they made sure that everyone understood what was needed and explained every element in plain English; this really helped those in our team that had previously had little understanding of the complexities of such transactions. The Glenville Walker team were responsive, proactive, and always on hand when we needed them. We were already aware of the excellent reputation of Glenville Walker, however before instructing we benchmarked them against other firms to ensure we chose the right fit for our needs, in terms of the services offered, cost and most importantly the personality fit for our team. In all areas Glenville Walker excelled! We would highly recommend Denise, Jo, Stephen and Glenville Walker generally and will be our first port of call in the future!"
